That's what we at Yam Yam are saying while rubbing our hands together and salivating slightly over the thought of April and beyond. Since my last post we have confirmed Manchester heavyweight Punks Flat Back Four to play alongside 95-C (France) and Roughmute (Scotland) at Heebie Jeebies Basement on Wednesday 18th May. This one is lining up to be a cracker so keep your eyes peeled for when we announce the full line up.
In other news Leagues Apart and Chief have confirmed that they will be supporting Above Them in Liverpool on Friday 29th July. Leagues Apart hail from Manchester and are setting off on a central european tour in April as well as playing Crash Doubt Fest in Lincoln and Fest 10 in america which has an amazing line up. Our gigs seem to be getting bigger and bigger and it's all thanks to you guys for passing on our details to everyone you know!
With the Smile and Burn show just one week away, I hope everyone is looking forward to it as much as I am. Our first dabble into hosting an international Punk band, so let's not only give them a huge scouse welcome, let's do it for the UK! I really can't stop listening to Smile and Burn's 'Flight attempt of the Kiwi' in particular, track 7 entitled '50 Frags Win The Match'.
Check out the flyer for Unfun/Pudge/Just Panic on 13th April, in Bumper (Please note the change of venue). Thanks again to Stu Brown for sorting us out with a kick ass flyer. Ta Mate!
